Renowned model and actor Uti Nwachukwu attributes the phenomenon of gay men marrying women to conceal their sexuality to women themselves. He asserts that the bullying of men who have embraced their true selves is the catalyst for many choosing to stay in the proverbial closet and enter into marriages with women.
This revelation came as a response to an Instagram user's comment, urging more men to openly embrace their authentic selves and cease deceiving women. Uti retorted, emphasizing the need for women to refrain from bullying those who have already taken the brave step of coming out. According to him, the more shame imposed upon men, the more likely they are to resort to marrying women as a cover-up. The choice, he asserts, ultimately rests in the hands of society.
